Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within Haven + Harbor.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

You can also track your order directly through the link provided in your shipping email or from your Shopify account dashboard if you created one during checkout.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@shopharborco.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
